Apparently, we're the only people in the world that liked the Sex and the City movie
We don't get the bad reviews! The reviews of Sex and the City were so bad, in fact, that we didn't think it was worth full price to see it and caught a matinee. The movie is easily worth full price and we'd see it again.
The beginning is a bit cheesy, but the rest of the 2-hour-plus movie is wonderful. We actually wished it was longer! It was so great to see Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte again. Sometimes the actresses that play these characters bug us in real life and we forget just how good they are at playing these roles. We must confess: we were HUGE fans of the show. People who aren't fans will probably hate it. We're not saying it's a cinematic masterpiece, but what a guilty pleasure! The (straight) guy we were with also loved it! Soooo.... did you see it? Whadya think?
