Elizabeth Hurley is planning on wearing an $8000 pink silk sari for her traditional Indian wedding to businessman Arun Nayar which is set for early March. Reports are out that the couple will wed at the Devigarh palace in Rajasthan, India.

Paris get fired by her own club

Two nightclubs known as Club Paris will no longer be associated with their namesake, Paris Hilton, the Associated Press reports. Club owner Fred Khalilian said that he fired the talentless-socialite because she has failed to show up to scheduled appearances. If you recall, Paris also showed up six hours late for the club's grand opening. To Paris's credit, Khalilian should've known what he was in for hiring a Hilton.

Britney launches a desperate attempt to win back her fans

She posted the following on her website:

"Dear Fans,
It has been a while since I've addressed you personally here on my official website. The last couple of years have been quite a ride for me, the media has criticized my every move and printed a skewed perception of who I really am as a human being.Behind every decision I have made in my public life there always seems to be an apparent contradiction. I have come to terms with that which is why I usually don't pay much attention to it.
The last couple of years have been very enlightening for me and now that I've had the time to be "me", I've been able to sit down and think about where I want to go with myself as an entertainer with absolutely no strings attached. I am now more mature and feel like I am finally "free". I've been working so hard on this new album and I can't wait for you all to hear it and to go on tour again! I would like to exclusively tell you that I am working hard to release the new album sometime later this year, but the date is of course not certain yet. I look forward to coming back this year bigger and better than ever, and to also reaching out to my fans on a more personal level. Page Six reports that burlesque dancer Dita Van Teese is dumping her husband of one year, Marilyn Manson. Apparently, Manson is just a little too unavailable. "He's not been responsive," a friend said. "She loved him so much, but he has too many demons. He can't even communicate with her at this point. She tried to tell him she was divorcing him, but she can't even get him on the phone. She moved out of the house and he hasn't even noticed."
