Madonna: Our Inspiration

This was our first time seeing Madonna in concert in Amsterdam. At 48, she is simply unbeleivable. She performed about 16 songs, with 4 costume changes, ending the show with her hit "Hung Up". The best performance of the night was a disco remix of "Music." Though the crowd was somewhat subdued for a Madonna concert and she started over an hour late- the spectacular dancing and visuals made up for it. The show was very political and one of the main themes was emphasizing how people of different nations could enjoy life in harmony. Cheesy- but important.
